A-Team is about Family. A family that works out together, stays healthy & fit together. It takes one loved one to make the change, and the rest typically follow. How it works, mother pulls the daughter in, granddaughter pulls in Grandma, etc. It starts at home. Here at A-Team Fitness, we will provide you the tools tailored to your fitness level. 


We offer a variety of classes, from Group Training, Senior Fit and more. Personal training packages are also available!


1st Corinthians 6:19-20 says, 19 "Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? 20 For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's."

Such a powerful reminder that our bodies are not our own. They belong to God. We must honor God with our bodies by exercising, getting rest, eating a healthy diet and avoiding the things that do our body more harm than good.

Born & raised on the eastside of Indy. Wife, mother of 4. Very passionate about Health & Wellness. Coach L.A. had gotten accepted to IUPUI's ABSN Program. Until God revealed HE had other plans. Coach L.A. loves to work with strong-minded individuals who are ready to take their  fitness to the next step.

Meet Coach Shelley

Shelley Covington is a group fitness instructor, teaching Silver Sneakers, Senior Fit, Silver and Gold Zumba and Zumba Sentao classes. She has been teaching classes since getting certified in 2014. Shelley currently teaches at 5 local gyms, as well as doing demos for birthday parties, family reunions, conferences, and workshops. She knows that anybody and everybody can do chair work, and they will feel great after the work is done.
